*One local business decided to put their new trailer to an
unconventional use. Before using it in the workplace, they painted it with
CPC’s name and asked their church, Avalon Church of Christ, to help fill it
with donations of baby supplies.
Pastor Jimmy Bennett replied, “We’ve heard of ‘putting
our money where our mouth is.’ We’ve
decided Avalon wants to ‘put our mouth where our money is.’”
